A turn signal or the hazard flashers are operating. Rapid blinking means a burned-out bulb.
What it means
Confirms a turn signal is active. If one side blinks roughly twice as fast as normal ('hyperflash'), a bulb on that side has burned out and the car is warning you. A solid or non-flashing arrow can indicate a flasher module fault.
